Your coach will coach your relationship based on a relationship inventory (ENRICH) that is based on 20 years of research and success. You will learn as a couple to share your feelings and ideas and work together to achieve your goals. Your coach will help you identify areas for you to enrich as you build on your strengths and learn to communicate and resolve conflict with your partner effectively. Your coach will NOT give you advice. In fact, you are seen as the expert of your own relationship. However, your coach will assist you and challenge you in your growing process as you take your relationship to new limits!
